As our newSr. Training & Education Specialistyou willbecome part ofthedynamicAdvancedField TrainingTeam responsible for training and educating ourElectrophysiology Therapies(EPT)field yoursubjectmatterexpertise experienceand passion to train field representatives who bring life-changing devices and therapies to thousandsof patients.

This role is open to remote within theUS.

A Day inthe Life:

• Lead the development and continuous improvementoftrainingprogramsand eventsforfield employees on Medtronic CRM products therapiesand procedures primarilywiththeCardiovascularDiagnostics &Services (CDS)andDefibrillation Solutions (DS) business

• CollaboratewithSalesLeaders Medical Educationand Marketing tocreateinteractive and purposefultraining programs tailored for bothin-person and virtual settings

• Deliver classroom labor web-based technical product and procedure instruction

• Develop &maintaindigital education contentthat aligns with field priorities

• Identifygaps in content and Medtronic technology & therapyanddevelopand implement programs toaddress these gaps

• Partnerwith field teams tosupport local education and develop programs and content to meet those needs

• Engage in continuous learning to be a reliable trusted resource ofaccurate up-to-date knowledge focusing on adult education curriculum design and delivery methods

• Navigate the content/document review and approval process ensuring compliance with industry regulations

• Maintain project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliancelogistics budget and metrics

• Demonstrate willingness to build andmaintainpositive relationships with a diverse set of peers and colleagues across organizational levels to include Sales and global business partners

• Work with global regions toidentifyneeds and help enable localization of education

• Ability to travelup toapproximately40%

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting clinical training field sales/support in medical device healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associates Degree with 7 years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 5 years experience).

• Experience designing training curriculum to achieve organizational goals andidentifyingtraining gaps

• Experience working with technical content and synthesizingkey learnings into training content

Nice To Have:

• Experience designing online learning in a variety of modalities including classroom synchronous and asynchronous microlearning and digital job aids

• Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects that require both strategic thinking and high-speed tactical execution

• International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners Certification(IBHREAPorEP)

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods tools and learning principles

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$87200.00 - $130800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20 hours per week: Health Dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Life insurance Long-term disability leave Dependent daycare spending account Tuition assistance/reimbursement and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
