Office AssistantWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a temporary personnel file digitization project. This role involves organizing, scanning, and electronically filing employee records while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.Responsibilities:Prepare and organize personnel files for scanning.Scan, verify, and electronically file documents.Ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly indexed.Maintain confidentiality of employee information.Identify and report missing or duplicate documents.Assist with file organization, archiving, and other administrative duties.Perform quality checks to ensure records meet established standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous office, administrative, or records management experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.Ability to lift and move file boxes up to 25 pounds.This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work and wants to gain valuable records management experience in a professional office environment.
