Middle Georgia is picking up for us, and the Warner Robins area sits right in the middle of it, so a dependable local here can build a steady run of work close to home. If you know the area and want income that fits your own schedule, this is a good time to get in.
The work is simple. You drive to a home, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and file a short report from your phone. Most stops take ten to twenty minutes, and with Warner Robins, Perry, Centerville, Byron, and Macon all close together you can line up several in one loop instead of crossing the region for one.
You're paid for every completed inspection, by direct deposit. As a 1099 independent contractor you set your own hours and decide how much you take on, so it runs easily alongside whatever else you've got going.
You'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and a smartphone, plus the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions, including knocking to confirm occupancy when asked. A background check is required. No experience is needed, since we train you for free and get you onto the open middle Georgia orders right away.
